If you already made a decision to travel in Mongolia and have chosen our company, please select tour and “Book now” right bottom of the tour page which you have chosen. There are two alternatives

2. Email us to info@wavemongolia.com about the tour which you would like to have, as soon as we receive email our travel consultant will contact you and booking will be proceeded.

HOW TO CONFIRM YOUR TOUR WITH US?

Clients will kindly be asked to transfer 200-500$ per person (depending on tour duration and type) as deposit for the confirmation with their trips and spots on our tour. Payment can be made by bank transfer, international money transfer services or VISA and MasterCard. Bank wire transfer to “Wavemongolia” LLC bank account (Sender is responsible for all bank transfer charges; please ask your “Wavemongolia” travel consultant for bank account details).

Client will be required to finalize whole payment of tour 30-60 days prior to tour you have chosen in Mongolia. All reservations are subjects to cancellation if deposit is not received on its due date.

CANCELLATIONS

A written notice is required for any cancellations (to be sent to info@wavemongolia.com.

Tour deposit is only partially refundable if the client cancels their trip due to all reasons. Tour cancelation policy is various for different tour categories (your travel advisor sends you the exact cancellation terms upon sending you the tour invoice), but in most cases, 100-300$ per person admission charge is deducted if you cancel your tour 90 days prior to the tour start. Therefore, a travel insurance from your local insurer is highly recommended. We have very rarely had to cancel a tour but reserve the right to do so for any reason. If the tour is cancelled by us, all payments will be returned in full.

REFUND

No partial refund will be given for unused hotel rooms, meals, sightseeing trips or trek arrangements for any reason whatsoever. Land Cost is quoted as a package

CLIENT’S RESPONISIBILITES

Your booking is accepted on the understanding that you realize the inherent risks and hazards of the tours and agree to take responsibility for your actions and safety. On the tours it is necessary that you agree to abide by the authority of the tour guide who will be working to ensure the safety and welfare of the group. Any action that jeopardizes this may result in you being asked to leave the tour with no right to a refund or any compensation. Special requests and any medical issues or conditions must be brought to our attention at the time of booking. We cannot be held liable for any actions or events that could have been avoided with proper disclosure of information. Personal property is always your own responsibility, as is ensuring that you have all the appropriate passport and visa requirements for the duration of the tour. 

COMPANY RESPONISBILITES

Responsibilities of “Wavemongolia” LLC are strictly limited. As a tour agency, we organize, promote and sell trip programs consisting of certain travel services, including tour guide, surface transportation, domestic air transportation, excursions and accommodation, which we purchase or reservation from various suppliers. The suppliers providing services for our tours, mostly are independent contractors and they are not agents or employees of ours. We will be responsible for any fluctuations in currency devaluation, park fee increases, taxes, or fue surcharges after we have received the full payments. And we reserve the right to correct promotional or pricing errors or to increase the tour price in the event of cost increases due to changes in airfares, currency devaluation, park free increases, taxes, or fuel surcharges before we receive your reservation deposit.

We are not responsible for any expenses caused by terrorist attacks, political unrest, war, earthquake, landslide, delay, cancelations or delays of airlines and train companies. We are not responsible for any unauthorized extra services which the client requires with the local agent or local guide or the driver contemporarily in the different cities beyond our confirmed itinerary. In this case we do not accept any reliability for any loss including shopping, extra attraction and destinations. But we will try our best to help our client get outside of the puzzled conditions including chase compensation if any damages or losses occurred. Our mission is to care for and provide an exceptional experience to every person who travels with us.

INSURANCE

At “Wavemongolia” LLC we believe that your safety and enjoyment are the most important things. Comprehensive travel insurance is essential, therefore, whenever you travel abroad. SPECIAL REQUEST FROM CLIENT

If you want something else besides the mentioned programs, you simply send an email to us saying your special desires. We will send you an offer that to be confirmed.

ITINERARIES AND TOUR DETAILS

The itineraries should be taken as an indication of what each group should complete and not as a contractual obligation. The nature of the tour requires a flexible approach to the stated itinerary and all participants should accept this flexibility and acknowledge that delays and alterations and their results (such as inconvenience or disappointment) are possible. No refund or compensation will be given for any unused transport, accommodation, services or features of the tour. All details are accurate at time of going to press and any significant alterations will be brought to your attention at time of booking.

COMPLAINTS

Any problems or complaints about the tour should be raised with the tour guide at the earliest opportunity and they will normally be rectified or appropriate action taken. 

LEGAL TERM

All terms and conditions are made subject to, and enforced by, Mongolian law and must be done so in a Mongolian court. If you require further action on return we will try and work towards an agreed settlement but you must notify us in writing within 21 days of the completion date of the tour.
